At Carilion Wellness, we believe in offering our members a balance of exercise and fun! Not only do we offer group exercise classes and swim lessons in our facilities, but also work with some independent companies to teach lessons in karate as well.

Karate Lessons: Roanoke Okinawan Karate School offers traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu Karate at our Botetourt location.

Classes are designed to develop and improve self-discipline and confidence in children and adults of all ages. Join Doug and Susan Bleecker for 30 minute classes, Mondays from 4 - 5:30 p.m., Tuesdays 4 - 5 p.m., and Wednesdays 4 - 5:30 p.m. in Studio II.

Swim Lessons: At Carilion Wellness, we endeavor to provide all participants with a positive and enjoyable experience in and around the water. Each course combines skills and instruction in water safety and swimming. We offer both private and semi-private lessons to allow for each person to find lessons that work well for them.
