Burn calories, tone and shape your butt and legs, and improve coordination and agility. Options will be given to different fitness levels! Step It Up is designed for all fitness levels and abilities! It's athletic, fun, and simple. Great for the beginning to intermediate stepper and includes basic choreography. Steps and hand weights will be utilized to improve cardio fitness, coordination, bone density, posture, and agility, while toning and shaping the legs. BODYCOMBAT is our ultimate warrior workout to develop co-ordination and release stress. Destroy calories as you punch, kick, block and strike. Get a whole body workout that targets every muscle group. This is a high-intensity boxing class that includes boxing training techniques, kicks, punches, and abdominal work, for a cardio and strength blast. Recommended for all fitness levels! RPM is a group indoor cycle workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and will improve your aerobic fitness, burn calories, and increase lean muscle mass. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will lead you through hills climbs, fast flats, mountain peaks, and interval training. Motivated by great music, this class is a fun, heart-pumping workout that will greatly improve cardiovascular fitness. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Perfect for all fitness levels. GRIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn.
