Challenger Baseball

What is Challenger Baseball?

Challenger Baseball is a 501(c)(3) non-profit division of Little League Baseball that provides boys and girls 5 - 18 years of age (or still in high school), with mental and/or physical disabilities, the opportunity to experience the rewards of being part of an athletic team while motivating and increasing emotional development, high self-esteem, confidence, and pride - regardless of ability.

Fundraising Goal for 2019

For the last nine seasons, through Carilion Wellness members' and friends' donations, we sponsored local teams by providing team uniforms, equipment, and banquet awards.

Our goal in 2019 is to raise $3,000 to continue to sponsor our two teams. Please donate by April 19th, 2019.
